No, it isn’t. We have restaurants inside the park premises for your availability.

All the water in the park is continuously recycled in our state-of-the-art ETP plants for use in horticulture. Apart from this, the water from all the pools is chlorinated after the park’s closing hours. We ensure that the free chlorine level is maintained in the safe range for humans.

We test critical parameters like free chlorine, pH & TDS in our own laboratory at the park as per standard operating procedure and guidelines.

The first aid facility is marked in the handout given to the visitors and any medical help can be availed by informing the lifeguards/authorized park personnel at the park premises.

RO purified water is provided at designated places in the park. Visitors can also buy mineral water available in kiosks and food counters.

Lockers are available at the park premises where you can keep your belongings safe. However, large amounts of cash, jewelry and other valuable items should be avoided.

Security is never a concern at GRS Fantasy Park. We have abundant security personnel and lifeguards to take care of you and your loved ones’ safety.

There is a separate entry rate for senior citizens entering the park. Please refer to the ticket rates here to know the entry price for senior citizens along with the ticket prices for other adults and children.

Yes, cameras are allowed inside the park at no extra cost.

Food from outside, weapons, narcotic substances and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the park. Please refer to the park rules here for further clarifications.

Yes. We are fully equipped to offer first aid in case of an unlikely accident or injury. We also have an ambulance on stand-by for emergency purposes.

You can either report at the reception or you can inform the patrolling security nearby. An open announcement will be made from the reception on the public announcement system.

We do our best to help our guests find their belongings in case they misplace them. We request you to lodge a complaint at the front counter in case you misplace any of your belongings.

Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park, especially near the water bodies and kids’ zones. Kindly use the specified area for the same.

To add to the level of comfort, we have special washrooms, wheelchair tracks and other facilities for people with disabilities and special needs.

If you are pregnant, you are advised to avoid both dry and wet rides. Meanwhile, you can enjoy kids’ pool, lazy river, aqua dance floor and wave pool. Guests with heart ailments, high blood pressure or chronic health conditions are advised to restrain from thrill and adventure rides/slides.
